🎨 Celebrating Pemberton Talent! 🎨
We are so proud of Ivanna Pacheco, a Pemberton 4th grader, whose beautiful winter-themed artwork was selected as one of only three pieces to be featured on the cover of the WCPS holiday cards! ❄️✨
Dr. Stauffer chose Ivanna’s artwork at the 2025 Annual Art Show, and she was honored at the Board of Education meeting, where her family, former art teacher Ms. Lupean, and Principal Mrs. Morris joined in celebrating this amazing achievement.
Congratulations, Ivanna! Your creativity and talent shine bright! 🌟

Our thanks to everyone who took time to nominate one of our outstanding teachers for Wicomico Teacher of the Year. When nominations closed last Tuesday Wicomico County Public Schools had received 803 submissions, so we know our community appreciates its teachers.
We look forward to the recognition of nominees by our schools in December, and then in January the quarterfinalists and semifinalists will be announced. One of the semifinalist teachers will be named the next Wicomico Teacher of the Year on April 9. Excited to find out which of our outstanding teachers that will be!
